There is a time in the life of all dealerships and for all dealer principals where change is desired or required. 

For some dealer principals it's selling the business or acquiring another dealership, for others it's finding fresh capital to grow, dealer principals wish to retire or pass the buisness on to their children or employees.    

You're good at running your dealership.  Dealing with -- OEMs, employees, inventory, floorplan, customers, sales tax, registration, F&I and the occasional tempermental mechanic.  I understand, I sold my dealership in 2009.

First of all what am I?

I am not a business broker, sales agent, lawyer or account.  I dont charge a percentage or a commission.  I won't have my hand in your wallet at every turn of our relationship.  I am experienced in the area of mergers, acquisitions and investments in enterpreneurs business.  I went mildly insane in 1999 and opened a motorcycle dealership, ran it profitably for 10 years and sold it at the height of the great recession.  I was approached by several fellow dealers who asked "how did you do it". Honestly that's what I do.  Since 2010 I have succesfully worked with many dealers in acheiving their goals.

Each dealership and dealer principal is unique. One-size-fits-all approaches will never help you or your business reach its goals. My custom solutions take advantage of your unique needs, opportunities and desires.
